msmidgeI accidentally selected only "gritty thrillers" from Netflix last week. So we watched Memento, a gritty thriller. This movie is annoying and I don't recommend it. Watching it is like reading theory. It's purposely complicated, and it has its reasons for being so, but it's not worth my effort to follow it all the way through for the sort of trite ending.
We have yet to watch The Usual Suspects. I expect better things from this one.
