15 minute dinner

Kale, chickpeas, onion and tomato are all anyone ever needs to have on hand.

Dump a can of chopped tomatoes and a can of drained chickpeas in a pot with some salt and pepper. Dump in a chopped/sliced onion, whichever way your food processor does it. Dump in some chopped kale. Cook it for a while until the kale is done. Voila.

With a reheated knish from the farmer's market on the side, this was way more food than I needed. But it was very good. Yay!
