Unemployment

I need a new job, since mine at the journal is ending, and Patsy needs a new job too. Australian cattle dogs and their mutt offspring are working dogs who need to be kept busy, and I have run out of things to teach her. So now she is bored and has too much mental energy, if you can believe that. She knows the basics--sit, lay down, shake, stay--and some more advanced stuff, like wait, bang!, roll over, and turn around. But she loves to learn, and I don't know any other dog tricks to teach her. The cats don't want to be herded, and neither does Vivian. What to do?
