House journal, continued

msmidgeAfter all that baseboard-related strife, we ended up having to buy new ones anyway. The old ones didn't fit anymore with the new floor. Stupid waste of time....
This morning I drove myself nuts trying to figure out how all that furniture was going to fit back in the room. I think I finally came up with a plan, so yay! Part of the plan involves finally getting rid of my unstable old PC, but first I wanted to burn all my files left on it onto a CD and then try to wipe it clean. It does have a lot of good software on it, so if I can get rid of my stuff but leave the software I'll do it. I haven't ever heard of that being a possibility though. And the PC keeps crashing, so I'm having a hard time even getting the CD burned.
The new walls and new floor look so very much better than the old.
