It's supposed to snow or there will be an ice storm or something tonight, so the grocery store is PACKED full of people buying $300 worth of groceries each. As if all the stores are going to be closed for 2 weeks. I would not be surprised if during rush hour there are lots of wrecks anticipating the ice. Sheesh.

I know this weather doesn't happen very often down here, but does it have to be construed as a major emergency? Again, sheesh.

So, were they as annoyingly stupid as the Baltimorons who buy toilet paper and milk before each potential snow storm? Yup, that's right, they buy only toilet paper and milk (and, sometimes, bread)--as if these items will save them should they get snowed in. I've actually never seen any of them buy canned goods before a storm....

Well, I guess that's why we call them Balti-_morons_. :-)
