msmidgeI realized I have a ton of weird flours to use up in the next month. Here's what I'm going to try tonight:

I realized I have a ton of weird flours to use up in the next month. Here's what I'm going to try tonight:

I don't know what the filling should be. I do know that whenever I order dosai it sets my whole head on fire, so it would be nice to actually be able to <i>taste</i> it.
