Surprisingly yum.
Dec. 1st, 2004 05:02 pm"Burrito Tofu." It probably should have been called "tofu burrito," but maybe in Spanish the adjective comes after the noun so they were imitating that?
Sick of turkey, we went to a Mexican restaurant last night that we had a buy-one-get-one-free coupon for. We'd been there about a year and a half ago when the place first opened--actually, our first week in Atlanta, it must have been--and it was less than stellar. But they seem to have improved drastically, as even the Burrito Tofu is good. I was suspicious of it to start with, but it actually tastes just right. Who knew?
I am enjoying the leftovers now and basking in the warmth of being ever so close to the end of the semester.
