I have a month's subscription to Blockbuster-by-mail (it was free). I plan to veg out.

No Country for Old Men (very violent though, just a warning)
Forgetting Sarah Marshall, for brainless fun
Iron Man
And for your theological brain, Into Great Silence, about Carthusian monks, most of the film has no dialogue. It is wonderful.

Oh, and also for you and Sam, anything by Hayao Miyazaki. Except Grave of the Fireflies. It's beautiful but so sad.

Thanks! I wouldn't have hit on any of these myself so it's great to be able to add some variety to the list.

We are trying to watch Prince Caspian right now, but we can only watch 15-20 minutes at a time before we have to take a Sam-related break--and he's supposed to be in bed!
